It makes it possible to check the traceability of each document and have immediate oversight of its situation. It has top-level security for managing users and the authorizations it grants can be restricted to certain features.

Advanced and qualified electronic signatures
Electronic signatures are present in a multitude of commercial transactions in all sectors of the economy. Therefore, companies need to use systems that ensure the absolute security, reliability and legal validity of these acts. An electronic signature can be used in contracts with employees, customers or suppliers, in commercial transactions, authorizations, payments, reservations and legal acts, etc.
An electronic signature can be of three types, depending on the degree of legal validity:
Simple
This is the most vulnerable of all the electronic signatures. It is based on a set of data in electronic format and is only valid as a means of identifying the signatory. It does not offer the security or the guarantee of a handwritten signature.
Advanced
This guarantees the integrity of the signed document, detecting any subsequent change in the information contained in the document. It links the signatory uniquely to the information referred to. The signature has been created by means that the signatory can keep under the signatory’s exclusive control. It does not have the same legal guarantees as a handwritten signature, nor does it comply with the GDPR. It identifies the signatory by their national identity document number, telephone number, email address, etc. The signature takes place by text message (SMS), email or in biometric form, and adapts to any type of business, but to be legally valid in the event of litigation it would need the appropriate proof.
Qualified
This is based on the Qualified Electronic Certificate and complies with the GDPR. It is generated through a Secure Signature Creation Device. As regards the information disclosed in electronic format, it has the same legal status as a handwritten signature. The signatory is identified by their name, national identity document number, email address and telephone number. A qualified certificate is used, as well it the PIN that identifies it. It is fully legally valid and compliant with the GDPR and makes it possible to issue a qualified certificate as an action in which the individual was physically present. Papyrum is the only document management company which is in a position to provide its companies with this type of signature through Signtonic.
