Energy company Endesa has chosen Papyrum to manage the company’s digital information for Spain and Portugal for the next 5 years. It is thus incorporating new information technology, in which Papyrum is a leader, into the document digitization and management process Endesa is engaged in.
The processes which Papyrum will carry out include managing the physical and digital documentation which is generated at all the company’s business units. By applying business rules, incident management and the strictest quality standards, high added value is created in processing the information received.
The information is also integrated into Endesa’s management systems in a minimal length of time, fostering immediacy in the use of the information. In addition, the physical documentation related to these processes is managed and stored at Papyrum’s facilities, thus completing the full cycle of the information.
